My Clarins PURE-RESET Purifying Matifying Toner is perfect for anyone with combination to oily skin looking to mattify, reduce shine and refine the skins texture. The refreshing toner is comprised of 96% ingredients of natural origin including organic coconut water, organic alpenrose extract and meadowsweet extract which together limit sebum production to help balance the skin.
