All You Need Is (Self) Love
We can all agree self-love is fundamental, after all, if you can't love yourself how the hell are you going to love somebody else, right? From going to therapy to long nature walks, there's many small things we can all incorporate into our routine to invest in our emotional wellbeing.
For me, a working mum of toddlers, time is very limited, but I still try to pamper myself when I can, so activities that I can do during nap time are my favourite way of self-care. Think facials, a scented candle, or a luscious bath bomb paired with a cheeky glass of bubbles.
I usually pair the scents and treatment based on what I need the most at the moment. If I need to relax, recharge or boost my mood, these are the true-and-tried formulas to treat myself.
