The collection is inspired by the Victorian tradition of collecting rare treasures from the natural world. Objects such as seashells, marine coral, botanical specimens were gathered during trips to new and exotic destinations and exhibited in the home in a ‘cabinet of curiosities’ to wow and intrigue guests.
